Kristin M. Hampson graduated from The University of Georgia where she majored in Psychology and minored in Political Science.  Subsequently she earned her J.D. from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University.  While at Campbell University, Ms. Hampson received a Top Twenty Recognition in the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law Intramural Moot Court Competition and Book Awards in both District Court Practice and Family Law Planning.  Ms. Hampson interned at the McGill Law Firm while at Campbell University School of Law and subsequently joined the firm as an associate.  In approximately 2007, Ms. Hampson became a Partner at McGill & Hampson PA where she remained until opening Hampson Family Law in 2017. 

 

Ms. Hampson has practiced family law exclusively since finishing law school and has extensive experience in all areas of family law mediation and litigation.  She regularly assists her clients in resolving disputes through alternative means; however, she has years of experience in litigation of family law matters.
